SUPPRESSION - CLEAN AGENT

Clean Agent is a class of fire suppression systems normally used in occupied spaces that offer distinct advantages when compared with the conventional sprinkler systems using water:

• Less Fire Damage: The best way to reduce fire damage is to release the extinguishing agent upon the first indication of a fire. Clean Agents typically are released upon detection of smoke.
• No Residue: Clean agents, as the name implies, are clean and leave no damaging residue that needs to be cleaned up.
• No Agent Damage: Clean agents do not damage valuable equipment, papers, or art. The agents are electrically non-conductive and will not short electrical circuits.
• Less Business Interruption: Clean agent systems allow faster recovery from a fire incident by minimizing the damage caused by the fire, not damaging equipment, and eliminating the need to clean up the extinguishing agent.
